If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered, or if there is dirt or damage that is not mentioned in the product description, please check the return and send the product price together with the amount you paid (shipping fee, bank transfer fee, etc.). We will refund your money.

*There may be slight differences in the measurements of recycled products due to the expansion and contraction of the fabric, but please allow for errors of less than 1cm.
*Please note that the appearance of colors may vary depending on each product monitor.
 

As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations or returns due to customer convenience. If you have any questions about the product, please contact us via LINE, email, etc. before purchasing. Since we are a privately owned business with a physical store, it is difficult to respond immediately, but we will do our best to respond within 24 hours, excluding holidays.

When you receive your order, please inspect it before removing the tags. If the product is defective, please email us within 3 days of receiving the product and request a return within 5 days.

 

If the product is shipped incorrectly or is defective due to an error on our part, please return it to us by cash on delivery, and we will refund the shipping fee (if paid by the customer) and transfer fee (if paid by bank transfer) along with the product price. I'll have it.
