We are very happy to have received many inquiries via LINE and email about our Japanese sewing class. “I want to sew this! There are some people who have decided on a problem to be solved, but there are also people who have contacted us about ㎜ minutes saying, ``I don't know where to start...''. For those people, we have prepared a recommended course for August and September only.

[August/September only] 90 minutes to make Azuma bags with Africanfabric

90 minutes ●Lesson + 1 African fabric for Azuma bag included

Normal lessons are 120 minutes long, but we have prepared a slightly shorter 90-minute course on how to make an Azuma bag.If you have sewing tools, please bring them with you. If you don't have one, we will lend you one, so you can basically bring your own!

The 90-minute Azuma bag-making lesson will be accepted on a temporary basis during times when there is free time in the Japanese dressmaking classroom, so please refer to the reservation form for the specific schedule.

Of course, we also offer lessons on making Azuma bags at our regular Japanese sewing class. If you would like a leisurely 120-minute lesson, or if you would like to receive consultation on Japanese sewing other than Azuma bag making, please reserve a regular 120-minute lesson.

 

We also offer lessons on making Azuma bags using materials other than the African fabrics we offer.

If you bring materials such as tenugui from home, you can also choose tenugui and fabrics sold at our store to make your own Azuma bag.

*Please bring a Renugui cloth or fabric with a ratio of width to height of about 1:3 that has been soaked and cut. If you are bringing fabric other than tenugui, please bring one with the edges trimmed using a lock sewing machine or pinking scissors.
